Learn how to request the deletion of your personal data stored on the RideAndGoo platform.

What Data Do We Store?
When you use the RideAndGoo platform, the following data may be collected and stored:
- Name, surname, email address, and phone number
- Reservation and transfer history
- Payment transaction information (credit card numbers are not stored by us)
- Customer communications via WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook
- Device and browser information (IP address, browser type)
How to Request Data Deletion?
You can use one of the following methods to request the deletion of your personal data:
Request via Email
Send an email to the following address with the subject "Data Deletion Request":
[email protected]Please include the following information in your email:
- Your registered first and last name
- Your registered email address or phone number
- The types of data you want deleted (or "all my data")
Request via WhatsApp
You can submit your request by sending a "Data Deletion Request" message to our WhatsApp support line.
Facebook / Instagram Users
Users who have interacted with us through Facebook or Instagram can request the deletion of data shared via Meta platforms.
Deleted Data
- Records of our responses to your comments sent via Instagram or Facebook
- Profile information collected during social media interactions (username, profile picture)
- Message history sent through Meta platforms
You can also manage app and website connections from your Facebook account settings to remove RideAndGoo access:
- Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites
- Find the RideAndGoo app and click "Remove"
Processing Time and Conditions
- Processing time: Your data deletion request will be processed within 30 days at the latest.
- Confirmation notice: You will be notified via email or WhatsApp when the deletion process is complete.
- Legal obligations: Data subject to legal retention obligations (invoice information, accounting records, etc.) will continue to be stored until the end of the relevant legal period and will be automatically deleted at the end of that period.
- Irreversible process: The deletion process is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
