General Information

RideAndGoo is a brand of OneDayAction OÜ, based in Estonia. It's a fully online reservation platform that connects users with licensed and authorized transfer providers. We offer Standard, VIP, Premium, Shared (Shuttle), and Intercity transfer options.
Shuttle Transfer: You share the vehicle with other passengers going the same route and pay per person. More economical option. Each passenger is entitled to 1 standard suitcase.

Private Transfer: The vehicle is exclusively yours, picked up directly without waiting. You can carry luggage up to the vehicle's baggage capacity. Ideal for families and groups.

Booking

Visit our website, enter your transfer details, and complete your reservation. Once confirmed, all details will be sent via WhatsApp and email. If you provide your flight number, we'll track your flight in real-time.
Name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address, pickup and drop-off locations, transfer date and time, number of passengers, and any special requests (child seat, extra luggage, special equipment, etc.).
Once your reservation is confirmed, driver information and meeting point will be sent via WhatsApp and email. At airports, your driver will wait at the exit with a name sign. You'll also receive an SMS/WhatsApp reminder close to your transfer time.

Payment

We offer two payment options:

Online Payment: Credit/debit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and 10+ local payment methods depending on your region (securely via Stripe)

Pay in Vehicle: Cash payment to driver after transfer (may not be available on some routes)
Yes, RideAndGoo uses your personal data solely for service provision and does not share it with third parties. All payments are processed securely via Stripe with SSL encryption. Your card details are never stored.

"No-Show" applies when you exceed the designated waiting time or don't show up for your transfer. In this case, no refund is provided and full payment is required. For airport transfers with correct flight number, there is no waiting time limit.

Flight & Waiting

Yes! When you correctly provide your flight number, we track your flight in real-time. In this case, there is no waiting time limit – your driver will wait for you no matter how long your flight is delayed.

However, if the flight number is incorrect or there are errors in contact information, the maximum waiting time is 60 minutes.

Luggage

Shuttle (Shared) Transfer: Each passenger is entitled to 1 standard suitcase.

Private Transfer: You can carry luggage up to your selected vehicle's baggage capacity.

Special equipment (golf bags, skis, musical instruments, etc.) must be declared during reservation.

Extra Services

Yes, you can request a baby seat or booster seat during booking. This service is provided free of charge. Seats are provided in accordance with local regulations.
Our VIP vehicles come standard with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, charging ports, and comfortable seating. Beyond these, special requests can be accommodated:
  • Champagne or special beverage service
  • Birthday cake
  • In-vehicle decoration (marriage proposal, anniversary, etc.)
  • Customized welcome sign

These requests must be made in advance and will be prepared based on availability.
Yes, we have suitable vehicle options available. Please specify your requirements during reservation. Providing information about your health condition or special needs is important for safe service.

Safety

Yes, all vehicles and passengers are covered by insurance provided by our licensed suppliers. All our drivers are licensed and experienced.
Due to weather, natural disasters, traffic, or strikes, your transfer may be canceled or delayed. No refund is provided in such cases, but support is offered to reschedule your transfer.
